Why does the photo frame show only a portion of my pictures?

Category : Setup / Operation

The "Full Screen" function of Transcend Photo Frame is turned on by default. Your picture will stop to enlarge under the following two situations:

1. When the picture put horizontally is proportionally enlarged till its width fills with the screen width.
2. When the picture put vertically is proportionally enlarged till its height fills the screen height.

In either condition, a portion of the picture will go beyond the screen. To prevent this from happening, please turn off “Full screen” from the Settings.

For example:

Full screen   OFF

Full screen   ON

If your resolution is below the following spec, when full screen is on, you will not get your pictures cut.

PF700

PF702

PF710

PF720

PF730

PF810

PF830

resolution

480*234
